Applicants must primarily be affiliated and non-affiliated patient advocates/representatives.

If you are interested in benefiting from a travel grant you can submit an application by the 30th of June. You will have to indicate your personal details, your motivation to attend the Congress and the added value you will bring to the debate on the topic of patient involvement.

EPF offers 10 travel grants covering registration fee, accommodation and travel costs, as well as attendance to the gala dinner.

Unfortunately, we do not have a call for abstracts. However, if you have an interesting study you would like to share, and which is in line with our congress programme feel free to get in touch with us.

EPF Members benefit from one discounted registration rate per organisation (to be submitted by no later than 30 June), which includes travel and accommodation (in line with EPF’s travel policy). EPF is responsible for the arrangement of your booking: please don’t proceed with any other travel arrangements after confirming your registration, without prior consent to EPF staff. All other delegates from the same organisation will have to register at the non profit rate which will not include travel or accommodation If you are interested in becoming a member of EPF please consult our membership criteria

To apply for a table top at the exhibition please fill out the following form.

All exhibition content must contribute directly or indirectly to the central theme of the congress – enhancing meaningful patient involvement in the transformation of health systems, by way of good practice, case studies, innovative practices, and or partnerships.

Promotional activities linked to medicinal products or medical technologies are strictly forbidden.
