Dimitra Lingi

Dimitra Lingri is a lawyer at the Hellenic Council of the State and also head of legal department of EOPYY-National Organization Greece representing Hellenic National Organization for Healthcare Provision-EOPYY. Since 2010, she is responsible of implementation of health policies of the eu health law into national legal system (main fields : cross border healthcare, claw back and rebate mechanisms, pharma and medical devices negotiation proceedings). She was appointed as a Legal expert of EOPYY at the national negotiation commitee for high cost innovative medicines.).She also participates on behalf of EOPYY in national collective bodies (Negotiation commitee of EOPYY, Committee of YPEDYFKA,) and international organizations (AIM, EunetHTA, ISPOR,PPRI, EHFCN) and in the Board of Directors of EOPYY. She is personally appointed as a legal expert in the medical devices task forces of EunetHTA, while she believes that the her key achievement is the succesfull implementation of eu policies in the national legal system (cross border healthcare, pharma negotiation proceedings, public auditing and payment proceedings, electronic public payment proceedings etc), strongly believing that the best big idea is only going to be as good as its implementation (Jay Samit). She speaks English, French and Spanish.
